An app switcher similar to Dock, Taskbar or Plank, but for Windows 3.x. Easy to stick to any side of the screen. Play the video to see it in action.

Includes a launcher for common tasks and programs, such as File Manager, Calculator, Notepad, Paintbrush. Does not currently support pinning or including custom apps in the launcher.

Only tested to work on Windows 3.11. Definitely NOT compatible with Windows 9x!

Non-commercial hobby project, comes with absolutely no warranty or liability, use it at your own risk! License card included. Tested with McAffee 3.1.1 (1997) for Windows 3.11, virus free.

How to use
 - unzip the archive on your modern machine
 - move the files to a Windows 3.11 machine (fits easily on a floppy disk)
 - in Windows 3.11, locate and run ICONIC.EXE - that's all.

If you want Windows to always launch with Iconic, you can manually add it to the startup applications. But make sure that it's on the hard drive and not on removable storage.
